Michelle A. Lecinski, ASID
Founder / Licensed Interior Designer
Characterized by a
feeling of genuine warmth, every interior designed by Custom Edge Design
is a direct reflection of a client's needs, personal lifestyle, and
budget.
Interiors
by Custom Edge Design are designed to support and enhance the lives of
those who inhabit them. All of the company's projects are a
delicate balance of client needs/desires and beautiful, comfortable
design.
Michelle
A. Lecinski, ASID, founder and principal, excels in her ability to
create beautiful yet livable interiors for her clients. Her
ability to visualize the possibilities of custom elements keeps her
designs exclusive. A quiet sense of drama and casual
sophistication is achieved through a combination of rich textures,
appealing shapes, infusions of foliage, harmonious fabrics, fluid color
palettes and carefully-selected accessories.
Michelle
believes that client expectation is the most important element to
a successful project outcome.
“Every client has a unique personality and
will expect information characteristic to that personality. It is
my job to find out what types of information will be important to them,
and then deliver it to them. Also, each client has an individual
style or at least can recognize a style they admire. Spouses
generally have differing opinions on the subject of style, yet each
person wants their home to be a reflection of themselves. The
design project is not about me and my personal style, it’s about them.
My challenge is to establish each person’s expectation for the project,
analyze how individual styles can be combined harmoniously…..then the
result will be a solution that best matches what each client expects”.
